On the first and third Monday morning of every month, our Forest Walking Group don their boots, outdoor shoes or wellies and set out into areas of our local forests for three miles or so. In an hour and a half, our walkers enjoy meeting, the scenery, and where possible, refreshments! We are fortunate to have access close by to Epping Forest, Hainault Forest, Lee Valley, Chigwell and other places that have wonderful paths, trees, lakes and parks.
